Unathi Msengana Nkayi Biography: Unathi Msengana is a female who was born in Grahamstown, Eastern Cape, a city located in South Africa.

She is a beautiful and jovial lady. Her childhood was as normal as any normal girl’s life. She attended Victoria Girls High School, there finished her secondary school education, and then after getting admission into the University called University of Utrecht to study International Media Studies, her university education took place in the Netherlands. However, she went ahead to study Journalism and Drama in her home country’s university called Rhodes University in Grahamstown, South Africa.

Her professional life and career began after her studies, she began to appear on Tv sets and many viewers on the television recognize her to be a host of season three of a reality show back in 2004, she was a co-host along with Rowan Cloete.

In 2011, her reputation was off the roof as she took on the role of a judge on the M-Net reality competition Idols, she was a replacement for Mara Louw.

After playing the role of the judge in 2011, Unathi Msengana has been shown and aired in the-same role in at least five more seasons of the known South African reality show competition.

The popular South African singer, actress, TV and radio personality is simply known as Unathi Msengana but her full name is Unathi Nkayi Msengana.

Asides the reality show, she has put her talent in great use as she hosts her shows on the popular youth station called YFM and also as the drivetime show on Metro FM.

Just like every other person, despite her great success in South Africa’s entertainment industry, Unathi Msengana confirms that she also passed through some life challenges.

Husband & Marriage

Unathi Msengana had a husband, they married on September 19th, 2009, she was wedded lawfully to DJ Thomas Msengana who is also a popular singer, song writer and Dj, popularly known as Bad Boy T.

Sadly, in 2017, there was rumour that the two were not married anymore and the news came as a shock to their fans and followers.

While in a television interview session on eNews Channel Africa (eNCA), the female presenter was asked if herself and her husband were still married or not and she confirmed “no we are not”.
